Thankful Thursday

Life can be busy. Life can be stressful. Life can be overwhelming. Life can be fast pace. And let's face it, 2020 has flown by. We are already in the month of November, the month of Thanksgiving. It is essential to take some time to slow down to reflect on the goodness of God. No matter how life may be or the situations we are currently facing we must remember that have much to be thankful for:

• Another day of health

• Our personal salvation

• Having church open (outdoors)

• Our family's health

• And so much more...

Take a moment of your time to think of all the things that God has done for you.

Don't be afraid or embarrassed to share your testimony. Your testimony (your story), is POWERFUL.

The Bible says "And they overcame [the devil] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony" (Revelation 12:11,NKJV).

This scripture tells us right here how we win against our enemy, Satan. First and foremost we need the blood of Jesus. Without having Jesus in our lives don't fool yourself into thinking that you can handle the devil all on your own. We just can't. We NEED Jesus. And secondly, we need to hear the testimonies of others. Hearing about other people's victories inspire us to keep going. Hearing about what God has done in the lives of other spreads hope like a wildfire. So let us spread hope, joy, and the Good News of Jesus Christ today.
